Our visit to this restaurant was a bad experience. They messed up our food and then refused to take responsibility for their mistake. When I spoke to them on the phone, they were rude to me. We have decided never to eat there again. The food was disgusting and the management was poor. I would recommend avoiding this place at all costs.

3 days ago visited with family. give them 4 stars for quality food only. Delicious fresh food but not family friendly. few sit, but not the gentry they want to sit with. too cold to sit, front door constantly open. best pick-up date or collect. avoid eating it. 4 stars for eating 2 stars for inside as above

Food was really delicious and fresh, which is like that you are eating in Turkey. We tried mix grill and also their donor. We also tried Sujuk which was good enough. The guys at the restaurant are very polite and welcoming. Prices are extremely reasonable comparing the portions and quality.

I have been going after 696 mangal and for me it is the best Turkish bbq restaurant in west london. beautiful place to sit, super friendly staff and an absolutely tasty menu that also makes healthy for a perfect post-gymnasium menu or a bite to eat with her mates. highly recommended.

I absolutely adore this place. I am very picky when it comes to my food, but I love the attention to detail, quality, and cleanliness of this kebab shop. It offers much more than your average kebab joint. I highly recommend it.
