I had a fantastic experience at the 7-Eleven store 391 in East Meadow! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The store was clean and well-organized, making it easy to locate what I was looking for. I enjoyed a delicious coffee and some snacks, both of which were fresh. The location is also very convenient. Overall, this 7-Eleven is a real treasure! I highly recommend it!
On a blistering Saturday afternoon, my car's air conditioning failed me. I swung by 7-Eleven to grab a Big Gulp and casually mentioned to the owner, “I’m fine, but it’s so hot that my car's AC is broken.” To my astonishment, he asked for my keys, went outside, and actually fixed my AC! I must say, this 7-Eleven provides exceptional customer service!
One of the worst experience I’ve ever had. It’s the 7 eleven closest to me however I choose not to return here as the workers are extremely rude. They only come to service when you’re buying something once you’re done they would make you leave immediately. Horrible wouldn’t recommend coming here.
I can't speak for the other reviews, but my experience at this 7-Eleven was definitely one of the best. If you've had a negative experience and need assistance, I highly recommend asking for Matt. I don't understand the negative reviews I've seen. My experience at this 7-Eleven has been excellent, particularly since Jane and Rob started managing the store. They are friendly and recognize their customers by name, which truly enhances the experience. Keep up the great work!
The coffee bar could definitely use some enhancements. While I recognize that some customers can be a bit untidy, it seems like the management here doesn't maintain the same standards as other local coffee shops.
The staff at 7-Eleven are always incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home with family every time I visit. The menu offers a great variety too!
