I genuinely mean this when I say that I've witnessed a number of homeless individuals making themselves at home in the store at night. Over the years, I've seen people sleeping under the nacho cheese machine, lingering inside the store, soliciting donations outside, stocking shelves, and even sitting behind the register. On one occasion, I saw someone set up a tent next to the Slurpee machine.
About a decade ago, I used to frequent this place daily for coffee on my way to school. One day, while using the French vanilla creamers, I noticed they were curdled, which I found manageable at first. I poured out the coffee, grabbed another cup, and decided to check the remaining creamers more close...
The 7-11 here features a larger-than-average parking lot that is well-shaped and surprisingly empty, with no cars or people loitering outside. This makes it quite unusual for a 7-11! Inside, the store is pretty much what you would expect—nothing out of the ordinary, as no two 7-11s are exactly the same. As for the coffee, it offers the usual selections, with no excitement or surprises. Today's visit was rather dull; while there’s often a downside with 7-11 experiences, I didn't encounter one here… at least not yet. It's worth noting that this location is on the other side of the freeway—could there be a change in the surrounding demographic?
I just left the restaurant and I have to say, I'm disappointed. I visit this place every day, but I've encountered racism, rudeness, and a lack of effort from the staff. They often act like they can’t process my card payments properly. Additionally, I feel like I’m being followed around the store, despite the fact that I’m a regular customer who spends money there every day. This establishment really needs to hire new employees.
The manager seemed to lack training in customer service. I had to wait for him to complete an online order, and he didn't acknowledge my presence during that time. After waiting for about two minutes, I decided to move on to my next stop, as it appeared he wasn't able to handle multiple tasks at once.

I went to this place to pick up a pack of beer, but I didn't realize it was still just a few minutes before 6 am. When I went to pay, the cashier abruptly grabbed the beer off the counter, said "6," turned his back, and went back to reading his newspaper. It was very rude and disrespectful.
I used to live just down the street and would visit this place every day. They have a fantastic selection of slurpees. The place is clean and the customer service is excellent.
I visited this restaurant today, January 22, 2021, and I was shocked to find that all the food was expired, with some items dating back to June 2020. I can't believe it!
The restaurant violated ADA regulations by placing a dumpster in the disabled parking spot, which is unacceptable. However, I will say that the interior was clean.

I've rarely encountered such friendly staff at any restaurant. The team here is truly wonderful and polite!
I absolutely love this location! The staff is always friendly, no matter what time of day or night I visit.
