My name is Kenji. I visited your store today to purchase two drinks for $3, a bag of chips, and a pack of gum, totaling four items. However, the sales associate mistakenly charged me for only two items. When I pointed out the error, he insisted that I was mistaken, believing I had purchased two packs of gum instead. After some back and forth, he finally acknowledged his mistake and refunded me $1.50 in cash.
Unfortunately, his demeanor was quite unpleasant and rude throughout the interaction, which left me feeling very disheartened. I believe he should face some consequences for his behavior. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

The customer service at this 7-Eleven location was very disappointing. The staff showed little respect, making me feel like more of a nuisance than a valued customer. When I bought my items, they were hastily bagged and handed to me before I even had a chance to pay. I also wanted to get a Buffalo chicken roller, but the hot dog roller was completely empty. It's frustrating that a 7-Eleven wouldn't have any food available on the rollers. Overall, the service was lacking, and I’d prefer to go elsewhere where I can be treated with proper respect.
The Indian employee at 7-Eleven was extremely rude and unpleasant. He wrongly accused my boyfriend and me of stealing just because we brought our own food to heat up in the microwave. He even forced my boyfriend to make a purchase and implied that we were homeless. I travel frequently for work and have used microwaves to warm my lunch before without any problems. His behavior is completely unacceptable and he should be dismissed. Additionally, many items on the 7-Eleven menu appeared spoiled and past their expiration dates. I will never return.
The Indian man who works there is EXTREMELY rude and nasty. He accused me and my boyfriend of stealing because we brought in some of our own food to heat in the microwave. He FORCED my boyfriend to purchase something. He accused us of being homeless. Iwork on the road and sometimes use the microwave to heat up my lunch. Never had an issue before. This man has a serious attitudeproblem. He should be fired. A lot of the food is rotten and out of code here as well. I will never be back to this location.

Terrible customer service. No respect towards the customer at all, not even as a decent human being. The items i purchased were bagged and FLUNG at me before i could even pay. Also i went to get a Buffalo chicken roller but the hot dog roller had no foodwhatsoever. What kind of 7 eleven has not a single food item on the rollers. Little to no customer service and will prefer todrive to elsewhere to be treated like a human at least and not some crook.
I had a very disappointing experience with the staff at 7-Eleven. If I owned a car, I would avoid shopping there altogether. Although they stock some items that Family Dollar doesn’t carry, I’m grateful I usually shop at Family Dollar, where the service is much better. At 7-Eleven, the staff made me feel uneasy, and the new employees were particularly rude.
Common courtesy and friendly service go a long way, but unfortunately, the morning clerk at 7-Eleven lacks both. I’d much rather take the extra trip to another place where I’m treated like a valued member of the community rather than feeling like an inmate at a commissary. The menu options are fine, but the service makes all the difference.
Horrible staff if I had a vehicle I would not shop there they have things that family dollar don't have but thank God I do my shopping in family dollar at least I get treated decent over there I feel like a bad person at 7-Eleven staff very rude newpeople over there

My food was stale, and I was hoping to get the 10 wings for $5 deal, which I've ordered before. The guy told me that the offer is only available from 1 to 7, but that’s not true. I know that promotion applies to the pizza slices, not the wings.
