Don’t bother coming to this 7-Eleven. Don’t bother giving them business either. If you’re using a card, don’t use it. It’s gonna keep on saying declined but it’s taking your money. I witnessed it and they charged me twice. I made sure they gave me my money back. Instead of them actually refund me for the double pay, they said come back if the money doesn’t return back to you. 7-eleven in the Bronx is way better than in Island Park
This 7-11 has new ownership, and I would advise against giving them your business. I encountered a racist event while trying to buy alcohol; despite being well above the legal age, they denied my purchase and made me feel foolish. I ended up buying my drinks across the street at Valero, where the staff was very friendly. This 7-11 simply doesn't deserve your business due to their rudeness!
The cashier's demeanor is rather unwelcoming. It would be appreciated if they could show a bit more politeness and courtesy. I realize that the job might not be particularly fulfilling, but a small act of kindness can make a significant difference.
Please fix the Big Gulp machine. It's been broken for over two weeks! If you want a Big Gulp you need to go to a different 7-11, this store doesn't have Big Gulp. Reserva una mesa ahora
The worst 7-11 ever don’t waist your time 3 minutes north three 7-11’s , 3 minutes south 7-11 , Maria is a pleasure kind polite she deserves better !
This is a great 7-11! They always have the items I need in stock, and the staff is friendly and polite. The location is convenient as well.
The cashier was extremely professional and incredibly friendly. It's truly refreshing to encounter such pleasant service these days.
