I've been a daily regular at the new 7-Eleven across from Dunkin' since it opened, and I'm appalled by the rude treatment I've received as a loyal customer. I purchased prepaid Visa cards, only to be told by the cashier that I had to pay in cash. I needed these cards for my kids’ school trip. When I got home to activate them, I found they were invalid. I returned within 15 minutes with my receipt, only to be told there were no refunds. I asked to speak to a manager, but he just made a phone call in another language and reiterated that there were no refunds. This experience deserves zero stars.
I was really disappointed to find that they don't even allow customers to use the restroom. It’s unfortunate because good customer service is so important. Also, the attitude of the person at the counter could use some improvement. If you struggle with people skills or dislike your job, it might be time to consider a change. Just a bit of friendly advice!
Multiple times I go here at 3am, and they are closed, the door in locked. So today the lady is behind the counter and I knock on the window and she give me the wrong are closed swipe under her chin. It’s 7-11, you guys are supposed to be open 24 hours 7 days a week! This has happened many times over!
I stopped by to pick up a couple of scratch-off tickets. I prefer this 7-Eleven over the one further down the street towards Union. The service is quick, and the employees greet you warmly if they recognize you.

Why does this place say open 24 hrs when it clearly Is not. This has happened more than once or twice. Also, let me point out that the staff is in there.
This location sucks, the staff inside will not and do not try to assist you in no way, they just want to collect money, go down the road.
There is a sign on the door emergency closing! They opening back at 5am.
