I sent my son to grab some pizza slices for the two of us. The photo shows the slices he brought back. To me, it looked like the pizza had been made at least eight hours ago and had been sitting out since morning. The quality of hot food at these stores can be really hit or miss. At other locations, I’ve seen hot dogs that looked like they’d been sitting in the warmer for days. I went back into the store with the pizza and asked the employee to replace it, but he said there wasn’t much he could do. We bought the pizza “as is,” and honestly, my 12-year-old should have realized it was clearly bad. Sorry, but you can’t blame everything on Covid!
When I arrived at 7-Eleven, I realized that all other places were closed, and usually, they don’t let customers use the restrooms. Still, I asked the young man at the counter if I could use the bathroom since we were all stranded. To my relief, he said yes, and I was very grateful. It might seem like a small gesture, but being stuck in the snow and stressed about not getting home, his kindness really lifted my spirits. I still have to sleep in my car tonight, but I want to thank 7-Eleven for being there for travelers like me in tough situations!
Every single time I come into the 7-Eleven there?s always a problem.The first problem was September 30, 2019 I was trying to buy a hostess blueberry donut on the package it stated Best before January 2019 now today on October 4, 2019 come back into theestablishment and there are 1 million flies near the coffee machines also their soda fountain machine ; All the drinks tastelike water . I kindly ask for a refund or to get something else and the young man told me no .
I usually finish work around 3 a.m., so I decided to stop by for a drink. Unfortunately, the door was locked. When I knocked, the cashier didn’t offer any help and just turned up the music. Seriously? Your customer service definitely needs improvement.

This is the worst 7-Eleven I've ever been to. It's 11:18 PM and the doors are locked—why? So the staff can hide in the back and kill time? They also frequently false advertise. They promote deals like 2 for $3.50 on drinks but never honor them.
The store claims to be open 24 hours, but when I arrived at 2 AM to satisfy a pregnancy craving for my wife, there was a sign on the door saying it was closed. What does that mean? Only open from 10 AM to CDC? I don’t understand this.
I just went into 7 Eleven they have flies flying around the food..I told the guy he said it's no flies..it was 3 he didn't throw the food away either..the food old as hell I saw him touch money trash not once did he wash his hands
