I visited the 7-Eleven located at 2153 State Road 19, Tavares, FL, on September 14, 2023, at around 7:28 AM, feeling positive and ready for the day. I inserted my Visa card at pump 14 to refuel, but the pump delivered fuel at an incredibly slow rate. Frustrated, I decided to pull the nozzle back while pressing the handle, and to my surprise, no fuel came out. However, I noticed that my card had been charged $0.22. When I went inside to speak with the cashier, a young woman, she called her manager, Susan, for assistance. Susan dismissed my concern, stating that if the pump charged $0.22, it meant that I received that amount in fuel. It felt like I was being accused of lying, which was incred...

I asked the cashier (she had black hair and a knife tattoo) if she could make any pizza, and she said no. Another customer behind me asked the same question and received the same response. Why promote the pizza and soda deal if you're not going to serve pizza? I'm sure half of it would have sold in no time. The staff was quite rude and seemed unmotivated. The place also needed some cleaning. Meanwhile, pizzas were just sitting there going to waste. I ended up paying $2.56 for a can of Sprite when for just a dollar more I could have had two slices of pizza. 7-Eleven could certainly do better!
