I request to play a pick 5 and the employee ended doing what he wants and do a fantasy. When I tell him thats no the order I want in the numbers so I think he is getting wrong in the game he is playing my numbers. He state OH! No ma'am it's ok believe me doesn't affect the order. But no matter I was saying it's the wrong one he told me it's a fantasy and not pick because that's wasn't available here at fl. Management please be sure and feel free to train your employees and store managers to get all knowledge possible in each are. That gonna make your customers service be better. They supposed to be trained in all the services given at the store and not just pushing buttons over the cash mach...

If I could give zero stars, I would. Went to pump six to get gas went inside to pay and waited in line for five minutes just to be told that pump six is down and that he knows there is no sign on it and that coworker before his shift should’ve put a sign on the pump before he left. No apologies, nothing! . So then I had to go back outside to move to a different pump then go back inside to pay and instead of him taking me, I had to get back in line again. You really need to teach your employees better Customer Service, the cashier says his name is Chris after pausing before telling me so I don’t know how true that is considering he wasn’t wearing a name tag.

3rd time I’ve come here and the gas pumps stick and keep pumping AFTER you pressing the handle to stop. Very scammy and adds an additional $2-4 more than I intended each time.
