I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The employees were incredibly rude and even made my daughter cry. She simply wanted to exchange a fruit item that had expired that day. She had gone to her practice and ate the fruit from a cooler afterward. When she discovered it tasted sour and gross, she went back to ask for a refund or an exchange, but they refused because the package was opened. How was she supposed to know it was expired? We trusted this 7-Eleven, which is why we didn’t check—it’s always been reliable for us before her practices. I will never return here again. I will be going to the liquor store across the street from Whitsett instead—they have better service and fresher...
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff was very rude and seemed slightly racist. I arrived on a rainy and cold day to buy food, only to find the door locked. The person behind the counter was cleaning a cookie sheet and didn’t bother to turn around or let me in. Meanwhile, I noticed that someone who arrived in a car was allowed inside right away. Additionally, I often feel accused of stealing by a middle-aged woman who works there. It's unfortunate because I used to be a regular for five years, but now I prefer to walk a mile to get my food instead of dealing with this situation.
If it 's the 7-11 I 'm thinking it is which is on Victory and Whitsett it 's the best one around!!! Especially the night shift guys !! Everyone knows them by name especially Rohan who is a seriously happy guy who makes everyone smile! He calls the little old homeless ladies lady gaga whenever they walk in and they light up! Love this store!
Coffee is tasty but no coffee straws. Without straws I burn my mouth. Not nice. Mostly a great store, but not nice. Needs straws.
