The only reason this place gets two stars instead of one is because of two of the employees, PN and TD. Very friendly and sociable, always helpful when I’m there. However, almost all of the new employees they try to bring in are young and untrained, always left by themselves, and don’t really know how to do much to keep things moving. The store constantly only has one person working, even when it is extraordinarily busy and don’t know how to process everything properly to keep the line flowing. This is the only 711 location I have experienced this at, And it makes me wonder how they still manage to keep customers and stay open.
