I would not recommend going back to this restaurant. The service was terrible. Despite a banner outside advertising a vegan menu, when we inquired about it we were met with disdain. The restaurant is marketed as a "health bar," so one would expect vegan options, but we decided to order anyway. I ordered a falafel wrap, which was of good quality, while my partner requested a jacket potato without cheese or butter. My dad ordered a full English breakfast, and my grandad ordered a chicken wrap. Very poor service and disappointed with the staff attitude. Spent just under £20 on a Deliveroo takeaway and all we got were two average wraps. The sides from our order were missing so we called to either get a refund or get it sent out. The staff on the phone said they can 't do anything, we have to take it up with Deliveroo. The Deliveroo driver gave us the only bag he picked up from there which only contained half our order. So we phoned them a second time and told them it was their fault for not giving the driver the full order. Ordered via Deliveroo. Contacted the restaurant due to missing items to see whether they had not given to the driver, or whether the driver had the missing items and asked if 80/20 could contact the driver to quickly come back. Unfortunately they were incredibly dismissive and assured me it wasn’t their problem. Unapologetic, blunt and offhand. “Once it’s left us it’s not our problem”. Unfortunately as a paying customer, I bought two (very small) wraps with a side, and ended up paying £18.45 for the two (very small) wraps and the displeasure of the interaction with 80/20. I ordered smashed avocado on sourdough toast with a poached egg, but the egg turned out to be overcooked so I had to settle for scrambled instead. To my disappointment, the scrambled eggs were served on cheap brown bread instead of sourdough, which was no longer available. The eggs seemed low quality and rubbery, likely overcooked in the microwave. The avocado was barely there and clearly not fresh. I cannot recommend Debbie and the 80/20 kitchen team highly enough. We are currently without a kitchen and so have ordered home cooked meals delivered to our door via the food prep service. Every meal we’ve had has been delicious, prepared with love and using high quality, healthy ingredients. They are so tasty and the portion sizes are so generous. We even ordered the Sunday roast which was delivered to us warm and was sooooo tasty! It’s made a tricky situation much easier for us and we will 100% be continuing to support this brilliant business. Thank you!

I am extremely disappointed with the changes that have occurred at 80/20. The old menu offered great variety and the option to purchase meals from the fridge for takeout, along with protein bars and fresh fruit. The new snacks like chocolate bars are a letdown, and the wrap I ordered was dry and flavorless. I used to love this place, but I will not be returning.

We’ve been to 80/20 numerous times and it’s always been delicious. But we went for the first time last week under the new ownership and what can I say we all had fusion bowls only 3 people in and we had to wait an hour and when they did come they were cold and you could tell it was all frozen ingredients. WOULDN’T GO AGAIN
