I mistakenly ordered the wrong item, I ordered something that I had never seen before instead of what I wanted which was the tobiko…. I later discovered (though Google told me) that, that is not what it is called, it was actually called masago… I apologized for the HONEST mistake but one of the older woman who works their went on to be VERY rude and when i politely asked if they could correct it and I even assured them that I would pay the difference she aggressively said to me, “WELL WE GAVE YOU WHAT YOU ORDERED” and went on to barely make any eye contact and continued to be passive aggressive and rude and the cook that was in the front at the time also began yelling at me or to be more spe...

Certainly weird recipes and they make them their own way. They aren't bad but they are certainly not special. Spicy salmon was doused in some sauce that leaked out of the box (wasn't spicy at all). Some sushi (forgot the name) was covered in what seemed like a pound of fried crab meat with something on it. Had a heavy feeling after eating the rolls from here. Some were tasty but literally all rolls kept falling apart as I was grabbing them. Just 3 stars overall not that bad, but certainly not that good. A couple days ago I took my wife on a date here since she's been wanting sushi for so long and this month is her birthday month, I decided to treat her! ? This was the best place to possibly have surprised her with, I've never been here before (I never had good sushi either before coming here)! Let me be very clear, this place is underrated, their food is very very close to perfection and it's just the kind of food that will make you smile just looking at it, let alone eating it. The restaurant is located off Wayne Road. At the time of my visit, there was some construction nearby, which made finding the place a little tricky, but it was absolutely worth it. Inside, there's plenty of seating for a smaller venue, and they also have outdoor seating. Their menu offers a wide variety of great options, along with alcoholic beverages. However, the sushi is truly the star of the show here. I was amazed by the quality and freshness—it’s a rarity based on my experiences. Without a doubt, this has become my new favorite spot in town, and I've become a regular, even though this is my first review. We took a chance on trying a new sushi place and was pleasantly surprised. Loved the Asian decor, the variety of the menu and music—80’s rock. The sushi rolls were great—we had three kinds: California roll tempura, salmon roll, and Yummi Roll. We tried the corn beef egg rolls; they were okay. The meat didn’t taste seasoned and it was much too much grease pouring out once we bit into it. The most pleasant surprise was Free Cookie Wednesdays—those snickerdoodles were scrumptious! Finally, our server was super attentive and very patient with our questions; we’ll give this place another try.

This was such a pleasant experience. I got a chance to sit and think. I got some encouragement and strength as it relates to my health burden. I got to see wonderful grand puppy babies and hear about a most wonderful family member. Thank you to the young man that sent me this way. Thank you so much to the chef. This unassuming little spot will truly surprise you. From the outside, it may not seem like much, but dining here is an experience in itself. Be prepared to wait around 5 minutes for the freshly made dishes you've ordered—it's definitely worth the wait. The portions are quite generous, and the quality of the food is outstanding.
