900 Degrees Wood-fired Pizzeria

We went there when we could not get into our favourite pub. We were welcomed warmly and found the seating much better than a traditional pizzeria. Tables were comfortable and well separated from others. The gluten free options and protocol was excellent given my wife is a celiac and needs to be careful. The pizza (Genovese-gluten free) was very good as was the capers salad we ordered. Good selection of beer and wine as well. Our server was attentive. All in all very good for this type of restaurant. I would say it was not inexpensive but gluten free food is always a little more expensive.

we have been eating here for almost 5 years and have no better wood fired pizza yet. the teig is always delicious, beautifully carved at all the right places, and the tomato sauce is fresh, tasteful and reminds us of the sauce they find on the best pizzas in rom. we also had the pasta specialties and they never disappointed. this is always our choice for pizza. adrian and team, you make wood fired pizza justness. we are very pleased that they have made it through the pandemic. light the pizza.

We had a reservation for 4 . We were seated and placed our drink orders. 10 minutes later no drinks but the server takes our food order. Another 10 minutes or so , still no drinks. Nothing fancy , beer, wine and Caesars. Food arrives . Then everyone else's drinks but not my wine. Pizza was mediocre . Salad was OK.Overpriced. Overall, we won't be returning and definitely do not recommend this place.

The New York crust is just perfect in my opinion. The thin crust is slightly blackened in the wood oven to a slight crisp. Moist and chewy on the inside smothered in the tomato sauce. The tomato sauce is extremely high quality and one of the best I've ever had! Tastes like concentrated caramelized cherry tomatoes with a nice tangy flavour. The experience has been great every time I've been here.

The best pizza I ever had. I was in Italy few years ago but I did not have this good pizza. Better pizza here than in Italy!! My bf and I really enjoyed dinner tonight. Very friendly service and food came really quick.
