This restaurant came highly recommended by a close Irish friend who is a regular visitor to San Augustin. Was a beautiful relaxed environment and the food exceptional. Took a good friend with me and this must have been one of the best food experiences of the whole holiday. I would highly recommend this quality restaurant. The friendship of the staff and management could not have been better. Exceptionally clean and although i can only comment on the men 's toilets/washroom, this was spotless and so well presented. You will not be disappointed, so I urge you to add this restaurant to your holiday experience. You 'll walk away feeling 'what a find ' and I 'm sure you will return again. We had the Sunday brunch menu, which offered an excellent choice of flavours, I had the ribs and my friend the quesadillas, and we shared a lentil hummus, their main menu looked even more exciting. Absolutely fantastic food and very friendly and smiling personnel, working hard to make them dishes continuously coming, yet always with a smile and a cute conversation, truly a highlight of our vacation. So far we ate there twice and will return again. Every time they managed to hit the absolute perfect symphony of taste in every dish, they unmistakably use high quality ingredients and the original twist of their cuisine is a very pleasant gastronomic surprise. We've ordered a large variety from their menu and all of it was fantastic. Hard to recommend anything specific, all of it stands out so do yourself a favour and try it all :
The each of the dishes we tried were outstanding! The deep fried calamari, the crispy tostadas, the slow cooked octopus and the key lime pie (lemon cake). The first taste of each was a wow! This was paired with an excellent local red wine. The octopus was the best octopus dish I have ever had. The key lime pie was so good that we had to go back the next day, for another piece. The staff were also delightful. Don't miss this little gem!
Incredible delicious food and very nice staff! I came here without a reservation and they still took me in. For lunch I had the Po Boy and it was very good! Crunchy shrimps, a really tasty sauce and it was served so fast! As dessert I got the lemon pie and I have to say: I’m in heaven! I’ll definitely come again!
