9er's Grill At Richmond

I recently ordered meals to go from 9ers Grill, and the experience was exceptional. My initial phone interaction with Eno was fantastic. It's such a relief to speak with someone who has excellent phone etiquette and a genuinely friendly demeanor. When I picked up my order, Eno's warm and welcoming attitude continued in person, making the process smooth and pleasant. The food was delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. The meals were perfectly packaged and ready right on time. I highly recommend 9ers Grill for their great food and outstanding customer service. Thank you, Eno, for making my takeout experience so enjoyable!

My husband and I stopped in for the first time here. Overall, the pricing seems very fair. Quality of the food is good HOWEVER, the reason for the 3 star on food would be the fried items we received. My husband had chicken fried steak

This place was GOOD! Will come again. Next time I'll take a picture of my plate. I ate it up before I thought about it. The owner was super nice too and welcomed us. They also have fresh House of Pies mini pies and cakes. Pretty Cool!

Steven took our orders. I found this young man to be extremely helpful, polite and patient. My Mother got a hamburger, it was huge. She really enjoyed it. I also enjoyed the shrimp!

Large menu and generous servings. Beautiful patio. Philly cheese steak and cowboy steak dinner are quite good.
