This afternoon was the second time in 6 months that I ate A CASO in its friendly atmosphere and above all with dreamy taste tones: historic bar restaurant very nicely restored and transformed, the setting is reassuring, the welcome is elegant and attentive. The chef is visible while preparing his works, in his kitchen behind large bay windows. When taking the order, the owner knows how to skillfully share her enthusiasm for the products offered.
