We arrived at 9pm for our reservation and were greeted promptly warmly despite the business at that time(last Saturday night). The restaurant has a perfect view and lovely dining area on the Loire, but we very much enjoyed our lovely indoor table too. Cozy, modern, warm. Delicious wines they have; the dishes are creative original with beautiful presentation and the taste matches up the look The restaurant owners(the chef and the host) speak English so that made the night even better easier for us. Definitely recommend this restaurant and we’ll for sure dine there again next time we’re there(too many castles to visit with too little time this time)!
We chose this restaurant based on the review and the fact that they have a small menu, meaning they focus on making good food. And it was perfect!! The food was absolutely delicious! The waitress was also very nice and spoke English with us since 2 out of the 3 of us don’t speak French. Anyway, we are definitely coming back!!!! The foto is a dessert and. I was in love with the presentation level!!!
On faisait la Loire à vélo. On s’est arrêté à Gien et on a dîné dans ce restaurant. Quelle excellente surprise! Une carte simple mais alléchante, des produits locaux cuisine avec inventivité et un accueil souriant heureux de vous faire découvrir la cuisine préparée. Un très bon endroit! Bonne cuisine et bon service. Resto Convivial. Le petit bémol, la quantité dans l'assiette est un peu juste dans tous les plats de l'entrée au dessert. Les bons mangeurs ne seront pas rassasiés.
