on a holiday in the Balagne, this year we have dinner to flatta : after having travelled a distance on a cahotic path, what was not our surprise by discovering this sublime place, perched at the top of the mountain with a view of the sea!!! the terrace is peaceful with its atmosphere Corsican songs: believe me the climb is worth it....A very warm welcome has been reserved for us and, once in front of the card, the decision is not easy as the proposed dishes we seem an invitation to all taste them... everything is delight and cooked with fresh vegetables from the chef's vegetable garden!!! small flat, however, I would have liked to taste the lost brioche proposed to the map that could not be...
We stayed at this little hotel/restaurant for What a fabulous experience. The restaurants both inside or outside on the terrace are both charming. I don’t know where to start with the recommendation on the food it is all superb (except the Espladon.. Swordfish tough). The Beignets sooo good. Ravioles de gambas fantastic. Interestingly cooked meats served with love and care. The fresh Charcuterie cut, while you watch, so thin you can see through it! Outstanding, but simple desserts. Wine expensive. (Corsican wines to to be). Service rather slow when there are only two of you. WC. immaculate. Private parking. Breakfasts good. The only down side is the bumpy, single track road to get there. Do...
The quality of the food is clearly off the chart. I have tried almost every item on the menu while staying at the hotel and all the plates are simply delicious. I salivate just thinking about it. The staff is very friendly, especially Alexia who...has been taking care of us most of the time. She has been very accommodating and friendly. The hotel/restaurant is located deep within the mountain and accessible through a dirt road for the last km. It's worth the drive.
After a still complex road, we arrived in this restaurant that makes a guest room decorated with a lot of taste, we had a warm welcome with explanation of the cooked products and even where the wine came from. the meal was delicious we smell the good products of the terroir. basically a moment of exception in a paradisiacal place with stunning views. I thank our guests for this great evening.

You have to go with it....the evening after midnight you have to go home... but what happiness. The site is enchanting. The reception is at the height of the reputation of the inhabitants of the "hot" and professional island not to be missed. For those who are afraid to meet cows on the road you can also sleep in this oasis, especially: not to be missed.
Excellent! fresh, tasteful, well cooked, just roasted in the oven like the calf and served with its juice so a full of flavor assured! but also the foie gras home..the beef quota .... our 2 passages will remain memorable. Thank you also to Alexia..Alexandra and bruno
having stayed in calenzana, we could only arrive at dinner in this place. the road to get there is waterproof and difficult. the view on the other hand at sunset is exceptional. we ate pretty well, considering the levels of the corsa it was the best
Super dinner, we have feasted, super nice reception, authentic, character, pro and dynamic service, superb view, we returned two days later, not disappointed! Bravo!
