The products are not fresh. We will eat twice in this restaurant A la Bonne Heure. The first time was pretty good. The restaurant is clean, the staff reception was good. Just a few small drawbacks since their oven had a problem and we had to wait for the bread. But it can happen! Level of buffet, it changes a bit depending on the seasons, which is pretty good. In winter, for example, we had hot soup, and in summer some salads that change the usual crudities and traditional taboulé salad, coleslaw, celery remoulade... . Then, do not expect a very large and varied buffet, it remains in the cheap spirit of the chain: quite dishes and a limited choice. Even the plates are tiny to encourage you to less serve you. For the hot dish, the service depends on your chance I think! The first time I waited for almost 30 minutes a caesar salad and yesterday our plush ravioli plates were ready in 5 minutes high. To know what was really bad: At the desert level, my spouse took a verrine of what seemed to be bananas, covered with chocolate and a whipped tap. He was unable to eat more than half of a bite, he had a very strong taste of endurance. And for me, I spent an awful night, I hurt, I tried to digest my meal. During our first visit, we had also been spoiled, but we had not made the link. Twice in a row, it's not a coincidence. We're not going back to the restaurant and I'm not recommending it!
