J'aurai mis 5 étoiles si c'était possible, mais l'appli n'en donne pas la possibilité. Restaurant qui propose un menu entièrement végétarien ou végétalien ! Les menus sont en 4 plats et valent 46€ : Une mise en bouche (composée lors de ma venue de trois belles amuses bouches) une petite entrée une grande entrée un plat un dessert et du pain maison délicieux. Possibilité aussi de rajouter le fromage en supplément pour les végétariens. Tout les menus sont surprise et changent au fil des saisons et de l'inspiration du chef. On ne peut pas savoir à l'avance mais laissez vous guider vous pouvez leur faire confiance. J'ai été TRES TRES agréablement surprise d'avoir un magnifique morceau de seitan...

Struggled to find somewhere open on a Tuesday in Gerardmer and found this place whilst driving around. Luckily we were early (7ish) and got a table, as it soon filled up (and is quite small). The room is tastefully decorated to reflect local industry. There are plenty of Alsacienne dishes on the menu, and we had a variety of these. I had the hot rolled park to start (which was delicious) followed by the Choucroute which was enormous (and delicious). There were several types of preserved meat including a large sausage and a huge portion of local andouillette on a bed of saurkraut and boiled potato served in a casserole. It was very tasty. I would have put 5 stars if possible, but the application does not give it the possibility. restaurant that offers a full vegetarian or vegan menu! the menus are in 4 dishes and are worth 46€: a butchery (composed when I came from three beautiful mouths) a small entrance a large entrance a dish a dessert and delicious homemade breads. possibility to add cheese in addition to vegetarians. all menus are surprises and change over the seasons and inspire the chef. we cannot know in advance, but let yourself be guided you can trust them. Un menu entièrement vegan est disponible et il n’a pas à rougir du menu qui ne l’est pas. En effet, un effort était fait pour que les assiettes vegan soient aussi belles et bonnes que celles des omnis qui nous accompagnaient. Le chef prépare des assiettes (et donc le menu en fonction des ingrédients du moment. Et le serveur demande s’il y a des ingrédients que nous ne voulons pas (idéal pour éviter les champignons ! . We ordered two dishes and this review is based upon those two. We might just have been unlucky, or ordered the wrong thing, but the food was not good. The dishes were Entrecote and a mix of beef and chicken which was grilled by ourselves on a pierrade (grill-stone).The Entrecote was extremely chewy and full of fat. What could be eaten tasted quite OK though and it was grilled perfectly as per my request.The pierrade meat was not marinated at all so the meat was more or less tasteless.The only thing saving the place was the nice waitress and her good service.

This is a small restaurant with only a handful of tables, so stop by and make a reservation or call. We found out at our last visit that the place has new owners and with that a new menu. So the pierade that we set our minds on was no longer available. Small change of plans and we went for the raclette. That was not a bad option either. Basically the kitchen offers traditional regional food. Everything we have tried has been tasty and well prepared. The place itself is very cozy and the staff friendly. Price level reasonable.

Le menu végan en quatre étapes est de très grande qualité. Cela fait plaisir d 'avoir des options véritablement travaillées, avec du goût, de l 'originalité et du raffinement. Moi qui ait l 'habitude de la cuisine maison et des restaurants ordinaires je ne me doutais pas que la gastronomie avait à ce point quelque chose à apporter en plus . Bluffée.

Pas déçue du tout de la formule vegan proposée. Juste dommage qu'elle ne soit proposée qu'en petite formule. Je recommande tout de même car une très belle cuisine Reserva una mesa ahora
