What a fantastic location under the spread of a large mulberry tree or inside in a rustic building The smell of woodfire wafting through the courtyard overlooking a beautiful garden and old stone cottages is the perfect setting after a drive through the mountains of Corsica Now the food what can I say but fantastic, I had the charcuterie plate and that was from the owners farm and was good, but the best was the slab of venison grilled on the wood flame BBQ, that was perfection on a plate with hand cut chips (frittes) and a slice of zucchini lasagne my god the best venison I have ever eaten so good, worth a trip to Corsica just to eat, dessert winner was the nougat glacé, they added hazelnuts...

Whaou whaou whaou… Ce restaurant nous a été conseillé par Sir Monsieur le Maire de Granace ! Mamamia merci Par où commencer !? La cuisine ferme à 14h et nous telles des feuilles tombant dans un verre de rosé nous arrivâmes à 13h50 ! Aïe ! Mais non !!! Dionysos nous a accueilli comme des princes. Ce restaurant nous a fait voyager dans toute la Corse avec sa bonne charcutaiillle bien charnue sans bouger de nos sièges, agréablement confortables, c’est ce qu’on voulait !! welcomed as long-time friends, dream terrace and comfort. the boards that surround almost confit the fries at home and the high meat grilled on site. the view accelerates us with authenticity, the smell reminds us of quality dishes and the taste finally convinces us that we are well in an exceptional restaurant. I could talk about the affection of the cataignes and its ice cream clementine. Words don't exist. Christian served us with elegance, humour of choice..sue asks more than to come back. bravo

4 nights spent at Jean-Pierre and very pleasant, attentive, helpful, available and listening, without forgetting Jean-Michel who obviously receives the same compliments; very nice place, very clean, well located, quiet with an extraordinary view. swimming pool and well-appointed garden. We were very good. small homemade dishes. we highly recommend and return if we pass this way. Le domaine où se situe le restaurant est très beau. Les plats sont délicieux et de qualité, nous y avons mangé avec les enfants. Entrecôte et côte de porc cuites au feu de bois,un vrai régal avec des portions généreuses. Accueil sympa et avec le sourire. Prix raisonnable compte tenu des quantités et de la qualité. A faire sans hésiter.

If you are looking for a delicious meal around SARTENE go to this a few Kms north of the town. We had a fantastic lunch, a veal steak and an ossobucco to die for! The veal was bbqd perfectly and the ossobucco (which happens to be my final meal choice) was bang on the money.. Tint chambers are available from hewn stone arrangements.

Excellent place I used Trip Advisor before going to Corsica to find some restaurants and this was 10 minutes drive from our holiday house. Great setting and really friendly staff, some English spoken. Local meat cooked on wood fire served with great chips salad and veg. Great local wine list worth seeking out

Lucky find on our route across the south of Corsica. Words cannot do the food justice. These guys know how to make your taste buds sing. You can taste the Corsican forests in the home reared pork, veal, and beef and the Dessert will bring you to your knees!
