we have known this place for a few years, and we measure the loss of quality of this establishment. A unique menu but which no longer highlights the Corsican soup and cannelloni in the bush. a summer salad with no interest (seed salad, and canned vegetables). Lasagna, finally flat pasta in sauce with betting mushrooms. The calf jump is hyper salted and peppery. The desserts are industrial. a recommended inn for a long time by Corses, finally a nice discovery. atypical and cool service, we had the chance to have had the waitress not the waitress ..! for 25 € 4 dishes, a single menu several choices,perfect. Cheese a slaughter !!!! we will return to it before the annual closure.
a visit to the Corsican without going to this inn will leave a taste of unfinished! A real Corsican cuisine! The brucciu doughnuts are a wonder. a real culinary journey by making simple and user-friendly in an exceptional setting!!! I recommend
hard to find but once arrived, total disbursement... at the bottom of the maquis, a terasse overlooking the valley...and a unique and hearty meal for a reasonable price with a warm welcome...Four an excellent authentic moment!
