Perfectly situated and very well run restaurant. Cuisine is very french and very well executed. A great relief from the usual tourist fare and we delighted in classic, french flavours. A wonderful dining experience. The best during our one-week stay in the area. We came for lunch one day and was so happy with the experience that we immediately booked a table for dinner a couple of days later. Service is friendly and the staff...spoke excellent English, the view from the terrace is gorgeous and everything we tried on the menu was excellent. The highlight was without a doubt the truffle-flavoured burratina. Dinner also started off with local roasted almonds and an amazing homemade liqueur. Then you just know the rest is going to be good. We would love to come back to this gem!
Pigna is a small village in the Balagne region hills in West Corsica. Part of the artisanal trail Pigna has a fantastic restaurant. Recommended by Michelin it did not disappoint. Lunch of homemade fois gras and Burrata and sucking pig and veal stew there...were two of us! This is a real gem. The staff were incredibly welcoming. Don’t hesitate to make a date at this place. We stopped in for lunch with no expectations and left having had a memorable meal. The food was top notch and the service was professional with a personal touch. We also really enjoyed our conversation with the owner, Loic. He gave some some great recommendations...on wine as well as helping us better understand Pigna and the surrounding areas. If you are anywhere in north west Corsica, this is a must visit.
Wonderful family run restaurant, a surprise find for us that turned out to be our favourite dinner out both for the food and also for the people. They grow much of their vegetables in the garden right by the restaurant and are passionate about all...aspects of what they do. A real treat!
What a stunning restaurant. What an unbelievable atmosphere. This place is an absolute must. The food is stellar. The staff is friendly. We fully recommend this restaurant. It was so good I even went into the kitchen to give the chef a hug.
Entered for an ice cream, we were badly sent away in a very rude and unpolite way . Bad experience, children were wery upset as they were told ice cream was finished exactly in front of a refrigerator full of ice cream.

Lovely lunch of Corsican fare with a wonderful view of Algajola. Amazing village to visit full of Artisan shops and don't miss the concerts at the Auditorium for traditional Corsican music.
Fantastic quality of modern corsican style notably the Aubergine á Mandria. You get much better than you would expect given the affordable prices.
