A Merendella - Reserva de mesa

Very nice hidden restaurant with a beautiful view. Very friendly but very slow service, especially when paying the check: we have this unpleasant impression of being transparent, that the servers flee from our eyes. It is a family establishment, which is always pleasant and the manager knows her card on the fingertips. The kitchen is good, with very good local products and I found the divine entrance but the chicken of my dish was dry. Too bad it could have been the best restaurant in the living room. For prices, these are Corsica prices so expensive but in view of quality it remains reasonable.

After a short walk (2h AR) to the romantic Lac de Creno, please relax in the garden A Merendella in the pretty perched village of Soccia. Home and service of extreme kindness, map explained with details and passion. Cooked dishes with the art of local products: carpaccio veal (photo,) almost corsinous veal with citrus (photo,) mellow with châtaigne to immortal flower... One of these magical moments that you don’t forget when all around you is just... perfect

Living year-round in Sagone and knowing all the restaurants in our micro-region, I can advise you and recommend La Merendella de Soccia without any fear.
