I have had order from other pizza mart locations that were bad and this one was not really any different. Not only could the delivery person not figure out how to deliver because my street is currently one way, but they were also unwilling to actually bring it to me because they parked far away so I had to go get it. this place rejected my real id and wouldnt let me eat my calzone when i am hungry and nothing else is open. this behavior is not acceptable and i literally showed the dumb bouncer my passport photo and he said it was fake because it was from california where im literally from. i am hungry and cold and boycotting this place for the rest of eternity. you should too. if youre the bouncer saying my id is photoshopped when its not i hope you swallow a spider in your sleep tonight. i am genuinely so beyond frustrated and hungry and want to smack you. never come here, i swear you'd rather starve. id give this place a 0 if i could. if youre mad im from california and youre not just say that!!!!!!!!!...
The bartender is extremely rude has no hospitality, so if you don't want to run into The issue I experienced I prefer not to go on Mondays. We waited about 15 minutes before figuring out that we had to walk up to the bar to order instead of having a waitress come up forward which we were not aware of!! Let alone we had a less than five minute interaction and he expected a tip especially for the rude attitude he had it was concerning. The sad part about it is he really came up and confronted us about it and made us feel extremely uncomfortable
Holy cow this was the worst delivery experience I 've ever encountered, the owner cook WILL argue with you over the phone over food quality. Pride is a beast, and this place probably tastes better when you 're drunk or you are college kid just needing a quick bite If you have stainless steel teeth maybe you can bite through the bread they have. According to the cook however No no it 's very good I cook myself it 's GOOD Well GOOOOD luck bozos. This place better back in the day. At least I can trash this joint during my stand up gigs

We waited over an hour for the pizza we ordered. When it originally said it would be 15 min. The app said that it was done so I went and asked about it. She asked what did you order, so I told her. She said she didn 't get it. Then she walked over to the printer and pulled some printed orders and said is this it? Yes, yes it is. She said 15 min. After it had already been an hour. 10/10 would NOT recommend.
I wish I could give negative stars. Never order from this dump. I swear the people who have worked here have never even heard the words customer service before. They will scam you out of your money. They 'll say we didn 't get payed for your food and try to make you pay for it all over again. Not to mention the B word behind the phone hanging up on me TWICE just because I wanted to pick up food IPAYED FOR
This is my go-to pizza place in the city. 9/10 times the food is perfect. Id avoid their pastas and salads based on my experience, pizza and wings are great every time though, and the order is always correct.
Delicious pizza, unique spot, okay service but would definitely come back for the pizza. Had the mozzarella sticks and they were good too.

Such great service definitely stop by if you're in the udistrict! I liked the basic cheese pizza
