Tammy was absolutely incredible to work with through the process of planning our wedding from the aspect of ordering our cake and cake drops. She was so professional and takes extreme pride and detail in her work which is very apparent in the results that she produces. Her staff was also very nice and helpful which was an added bonus. Our cake table at the wedding reception was beautiful and perfect, we even came to her later in the process with a cake topper that was challenging to say the least and she managed to make everything work perfectly! We used to order cakes at Serendipity, but the quality has gone way down. I had asked them to not use a specific red dye, as it makes the frosting bitter. They used it anyway. The designs do not match the price for their cakes. Crooked lines, frosting smeared on the boards. I asked for a sunflower cake several years ago, they decorated my cake with swirls and beads and put molded candy in the shape of a sunflower as the toppers I've given them repeated chances, and it's not gotten better. They donate to our schools, but that's not enough to make up for so many disappointing purchases.
Serendipity went above and beyond to create the most adorable Encanto birthday bundle for my daughter’s 4th birthday. Tammie provided exceptional customer service from taking my order, listening to what I was looking for, and then showing me each of the items upon pickup. I had a vision in my head and everything far exceeded what I was hoping for. I had been looking for a new bakers for my children’s birthdays, and this is the place! You now have a customer for life, thank you!!!!
My child selected the cutest Christmas sugar cookies from the booth at the Garfield Elementary fundraiser. Everything looked so tempting that it was tough to make a decision! There were peanut butter blossoms, fudge-covered Oreos, Nutter Butter cookies, and chocolate-dipped chips. Everyone was thrilled with the treats I brought home. I highly recommend trying something sweet from A Serendipity Cakery!

They had a spot at an event we were trying out and we had to try a few items so we did! I grabbed the chocolate dipped potatoe chips and my children had some cake balls and chocolate covered pretzels dipped in chocolate and pretty colors! We loved every bit of them all! We will be doing other snack foods from them when we get the chance! Thanks for coming out!
We had Serendipity create our wedding cake this past weekend, and Tammie and her team did an amazing job. The cake was not only beautiful but also delicious. The cake balls she suggested were a hit as well. We initially thought we had ordered too many, but by the end of the night, we hardly had any left to take home for ourselves!
We ordered a party bundle for my dad's birthday last weekend and heard nothing but amazing comments from everyone at the party. We told them the theme and they ran with it and made such awesome desserts. The cookies were so detailed and everything was delicious!
Frosting was really hard and very gritty. I personally didn’t order the cake but I’m glad I didn’t because I certainly won’t purchase from here my SIL raved about how delicious their cakes are so I’m really surprised it wasn’t what was expected!

We had an incredible experience with excellent service! The cake and cake pops were fantastic, the setup was beautiful, and the cake pops disappeared quickly at the reception. Highly recommend The Grecian Center!
Best bakery downriver! Service is always friendly and professional. Unique selections custom made for any occasion. Their cake drops are a bit of Heaven, especially the Superman cake drops!
