Our waitress took our order in good time, but she was pretty scarce after that. The steak I ordered came and it smelled raw. It was undercooked and had a distinct scent of meat being thawed out. I am almost certain it was still frozen when they threw it in a frying pan! However, the vegetables weren't too bad but not cooked through. they were crunchy. Even after sending my steak back to be cooked a little longer, it still came back bleeding and smelling 'off'. I could not even eat it and at $19...I never saw a manager. The waitress did not ask why I didn't eat it and she never offered us more water or coke. I will NEVER go back. It was truly a sad, disappointing $50 spent!!!
Son and wife to us to experience their favorite go to spot in Bowmanville. We were sceptical but anxious to share their love of this place for her birthday. Service was instant, food was more than expected in taste and portion size . Hubby had crab cake entre with fries and coleslaw. Enjoyed it a lot. We shared pulled pork nacho's and chili chicken appetizer (2-1 on Mondays) son wife had one of her fav - Meditteranean salad Our experience was we would go back hear in a heartbeat and recommend to others. It was very relaxing and hoppin - even for a Monday eve, but not too noisy just enjoyable
I went here with my friend last night to celebrate the sale of her home and I was totally in the mood for a salad, I ordered the Mediterranean salad and it had zucchini and peppers that were cooked a bit until soft and warm, and topped with some steak strips and it came in a "taco" bowl. It was delicious, the service was excellent and the atmosphere is always good. Its a good place to go to, good food, and although regularly busy, not packed.
We have been to this restaurant quite a few times. Each time the food has been very good and nice and fresh. The service is always fast and the staff is very friendly. We drive here as to walk down to our corner pub restaurant. Wings are a hit here. I like the sweet chili chicken dish. All and All a great restaurant with lots of choice things on the menu.
