This is a very small restaurant with a limited menu, but what they deliver very good food. The restaurant seats about 28 in a very tight space. Over half the seating is on the sidewalk. Very nice view of the river and the old picturesque buildings on the other side. I had a seafood risotto with scallops and shrimp that was very tasty. My wife had the burger which was a thick beef patty on a delicious tomato sauce base, covered by a melted lamb cheese and a potato pancake. The meat was delicious and cooked perfectly. There are a lot of places to choose from in Bayonne so we chose to have dinner here after reading the reviews on TripAdvisor. We are glad we did as we definitely agree with the majority!Excellent food and excellent friendly service. It's a small place which makes for a nice cosy atmosphere. The service is quick and the proportions are very generous (my friend had the tuna main and the tiramisu dessert and I had the pork main and chocolate cheesecake dessert) - we definitely did not leave hungry!Visit if you can!
We have eaten at this restaurant before and it has always been good, as one of the reviews says "Fantastic little find". This time unfortunately it was adequate. Choice of menu was good, the waitress was attentive, friendly and efficient, but it was let down by the quality of the cooking by the chef. Perhaps he was having an off day as we all have from time to time. It wouldn't stop me going there, but I was disappointed as I took a friend telling her what a great place it was, sadly not so great this time.
This is the very definition of a "mom and pop" establishment right on the river, but done on a gourmet scale. The restaurant is very small, and there is some outdoor seating in pleasant weather. The menu is limited, with daily specials, and everything looks great. Just be prepared for significant portions when you do the menu of the day. The "burgers" come on potato croquettes, with and are quite delicious. There is ample choice of beverage. Wonderful place, reserve if you can.

Homemade food, big servings with specials on (both fish and meat). The duck burger was great with hashbrowns replacing the bread so no need for a starter or a dessert. All the dishes looked amazing anyways, so it will be difficult to choose.Because it is a small place, try and book in advance which you can also do online.The waitress was very helpful as well, it is a definite plus.Would definitely recommand it!

Found this in the LP as advertised everything was fantastic and portions very large. We would definitely stop here again if we had the chance.
