The pinsa with truffles was super delicious. The Service was great (explain the menu, Give recommendation also in English if you don't understand French. Thank you bcp for a fantastic evening. I really enjoyed my pinsa with truffles. In addition the service was quite friendly and helpful by explaining the menu also in English for some guests who did not understand French. The pasta was presented to us as the best in Bastia. So I didn't taste all Bastia pasta but I can say that these are the best pasta I've ever eaten. My companion has taken the famous pinese whose dough is a mixture of 3 flours. And indeed the dough is exceptional and the pinese very tasted. Add to this a quality service and a spritz to the limoncello and you get a little pepit not to miss if you pass in the corner.
The best Italian restaurant we went. The kitchen is blown away, everyone is super nice and with little care. These are by far the best gnocchi I have been able to eat from my life, and the rates under quite reasonable, for a kitchen with as many exceptional. Congratulations.
