The food was excellent, but unfortunately, the management fell short of expectations. Faizal, the manager, responded to a simple question I had about why sales tax was being charged on credit card fees by immediately threatening to call the police. This was surprising and unnecessary, as I wasn’t refusing to pay the fees—I just wanted clarification. Edit after response from management- Thank you for your response, which now makes sense. However, this same explanation could have been provided by the manager without resorting to threats. He even started to make the call, which felt like an overreaction and came across as arrogant. The restaurant had a very bright and airy atmosphere with a good ambiance. The food was delicious and Abdul, the server, was very attentive, friendly, and polite. I enjoyed the food and was grateful for the excellent service.
