I'm here today, June 22nd, 2025, at 12:05 AM at the Burger King on Kleverstrasse in Moers. According to Google, it's open until 3:00 AM. Now I'll describe my experience at Burger King: Unfriendly employees at the cash register, Nuria and Aryetta. The coffee machine had been cleaned early, but I couldn't get any coffee. I wanted to sit outside in the nice weather, but unfortunately, the chairs were locked before midnight. Unfortunately, there's no sign indicating that the terrace closes at midnight. Then an employee comes over and says the terrace has long been closed, but the lobby is open. By what right? The employees are king in the house, and customers are slaves who have to listen.
I ordered from this branch via Lieferando at 4:53 PM – over €35! The app said my food was delivered at 5:12 PM – but it never arrived. I waited over an hour and finally drove to the branch myself at 6:40 PM to inquire. They told me the driver couldn't find me and had returned the food. They said they called me – but I never received a call or message. The worst part: I didn't get my food back, no apology, no solution. I left hungry – and ended up at McDonald's. It's a shame, because the food is usually really delicious – but the service in this case was absolutely disappointing.

I was very satisfied with my visit to this Burger King branch. The food was freshly prepared and tasted delicious. I would especially like to emphasize the friendly and attentive staff, who made the entire experience pleasant.
