The only thing that's legendary about this place is how long you'll be waiting for your order. We made an order online, where it claims a half hour waiting time. The reality was 90 minutes. I don't think I have ever seen a group of people work with so little urgency in my life. While we waited we were provided a dramatic show in the form of a couple having a loud, profanity-laden argument in a dining room full of children. I assumed the woman worked there because she was bussing all of the tables. Instead of providing some kind of intervention, the crew hid in the kitchen and tried their best to ignore what was going on. Then there was the pizza. Believe the other reviews when they say that...
We were camping at Beverly Beach and needed pizza for a group of 12 adults and 3 kids. Abby's was fantastic throughout the experience. The pizzas are on the pricier side at $40 for their top Giant options (which come with 16 slices), but they are the best pizza we've had anywhere on the coast. We tried the pepperoni, their classic combo, and the vegetarian with artichokes, and all three were huge hits. If you order online, be cautious, as they have two locations that can easily get mixed up. Make sure you select Newport, not Newberg. The staff there is great—very accommodating, and we couldn’t have asked for better service.
Kid-friendliness: Abby's is very welcoming for kids. With two claw machines and a variety of video games, any child is sure to have a fantastic time. There's also a change machine available to keep the quarters flowing.
Wheelchair accessibility: The parking lot has designated spaces for wheelchair users, and the entrance is easy to navigate. The tables are also accessible for those in wheelchairs.
They didn't make my pizza per order..I asked for peppercini on side with peppers..no perrercinis, artichoke red peppers on side. Shrimp very little red sauce ...white sauce usually goes with spinach, artichoke shrimp..it didn't taste good at all with red sauce. Just traveling to a RV park..usually really enjoy Abbys.

I ordered a 10-inch pizza that was nicely crispy, while hers was burnt. The flavor was good, but both pizzas were overcooked, especially hers. Additionally, the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. I wouldn’t return for that reason alone.
Super expensive for the size of the pizza, took quite a while to get the food, once we did it was ok, not a wide range of drinks either
Had Door Dash deliver. Pizza was terrible. Cheese wasn’t even melted. Got cinnamon rolls and they were hard as a rock.
We love Abby's pizza and visit every opportunity that comes. We are from Boise which does not have any of this chain.

Best pizza ever. Staff was a little fumbly, but the food came out in a timely manner and they never disappointed.
They never answer the phone. They always have it disconnected and love to always close early. Terrible service.
