Abington Ale House And Grill

Been going to Ale house for years. Last night we were very disappointed. Ordered the brisket dinner and it was slathered in bbq sauce. Meat was flavorless. Mac and cheese wasn't creamy, lacked flavor as well. Wait staff was wonderful, food came out quick which lead me to believe that the food is all predone in the kitchen. Will be awhile before we go back again.

Birthday dinner free. Shrimp scampi excellent. Country fried chicken delicious too. Wait between being seated and being asked for drinks and getting drinks was excessive but we didn’t see many workers so understaffing may have played a part. We just sat patiently until we were taken care of.

Although this was my first time at the Ale House, many family members have been to this location quite often and I now clearly know why. Everything was great, the service, food and overall experience were all excellent, would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

We tend to visit the Ale House a few times a year and the staff is always friendly, and the food is consistent and tasty. They have a good beer selection and the specials menu always has something interesting.
