Abrusci's Fire Vine

This was my first time at this restaurant and it will also be my last time at this restaurant. The service that we had was horrendous. The server was rude and extremely condescending. Not only did we have to deal with her attitude, but she was almost nonexistent the whole time that we were there. We were waiting for our check, and I ended up asking another server to help us. That server just rolled her eyes at us and walked away. The most frustrating part about it, is that this restaurant charges an automatic 20% fee which I was unaware of. I can see how the 20% added fee can benefit other staff in the restaurant, but it also promotes continued bad service. There is no incentive to treat people well and give them good service when they know that they’re going to get tipped the same either way. I did ask to speak with a manager about the experience that we had and he said that he would talk to his server but our group felt as though our concern was brushed off. Once I got home, I went into Google and started reading some of the reviews and noticed that several of the reviews matched my exact experience today. I would not recommend this place to anyone. In regards to the food, it was ok. It seemed a little bit pricey for the portions that were served, especially with the 20% service charge added.

Absolutely the BEST gluten free (and gluten filled) menu in the metro Denver area!! Our server (Samantha) was excellent and exceptionally helpful and friendly. Hands down our favorite restaurant and server!!

Great food but a little pricey when you pay $21.50 for pasta and they automatically add 20% to your bill for gratuity when there is just 2 of you. My pasta, salad and ice tea was $43.50.

The food was absolutely delicious and everyone was exceptionally nice and hospitable especially our server Jakobi. I loved his sense of humor also. It was a great experience.
