I asked about 2 bagels I got 1. I asked that they were roasted, they were not. also after scallion cream cheese asked I got low fat cream cheese. I now understand a few days in which a mask carries her word to hear or understand what people say, but this is not the first time that this has happened with or without a mask. also 5.65 for a cinnamon rosin unroasted bagel with the wrong creamcheese is much overpriced.
I received the wrong order, the prices are absurdly high, and the staff was quite rude. I ordered two bagels but ended up with a 12 ham and cheese sandwich. The workers spent several minutes arguing with me about how I ended up with the sandwich instead of my bagels. I will definitely not be returning.
I was surprised to find a $4 surcharge for using my credit card, which was not mentioned at the time of payment. My coworkers also pointed out that this reflects poor customer service. I only noticed the fee after I got home and saw the receipt indicating the surcharge for not paying in cash.
Easily the worst tuna salad sandwich I’ve ever eaten in my entire life, and I’ve had the tuna salad sandwich from NYC public schools. I wish I saved the photos of the lox spread because it looked absolutely disgusting. The best thing I ate from this deli was the deep river chips. Reserva una mesa ahora
Great people working here. Very convenient and their bagel variety is fantastic. Coffee was great too! Although I found my Bacon Egg and Cheese and my M coffee way too expensive at 12.
If I could give it a zero rating, I would. Even the coffee from McDonald's or Paris Baguette is cheaper than what you get here.
