Do yourself a giant favor and treat yourself to the tasting menu. You choose 1 starter, 1 pasta, 1 entree, and 1 dessert from the menu. Even with the smaller portions, you are pretty much guaranteed to leave happy and satisfied. Pro tip. Highly recommend the Tagliolini (but if you hate mushrooms, stay away from that dish! ….and although the wine pairings were incredible, as a “tut tut, it tastes like red” person… next time we will just buy a bottle… or two for a comparable cost. Had dinner for a Birthday. Excellent cuisine, great service, and a great alternative to some of the “traditional” Italian restaurants in the Saint Louis area. Everything was great on the inside, but their signage outside looks worn out and is not a good representation of the great quality inside.
A wonderful special occasion place! I feel it makes most sense to do the tasting menu price-wise, and you get a really good feel for their food. The dessert and pasta were the stars for me!

Simply the best Modern Italian food in the city. I have never been disappointed with a meal and I have been to Acero almost a dozen times. Get the egg raviolo or you are really missing out.
Great patio, good staff, loved the crudo, the pasta course, the wines, and the main course.
