Ace's Cafe - Reserva de mesa

In Brooks for work, so we have been trying different restaurants in town. We went to Ace's because the reception lady at the hotel recommended it. The location and the look of the restaurant are not great, but food looked and tasted good. However we had to wait almost 1 whole hour for the food to arrive and we were the only customers at the time. There were some more people in the lounge area, but it was just the 5 of us in the eating area, and the wait was too much. Food finally arrived, and we were a little upset by the long wait. I did a corporate event here recently. The location is good, but the decor is a little dated. Looks like there hasn't been a re-decor since the mid-eighties. Ace's provided us with a number of cheese and meat plates, veggie and fruit as well as deep-fried pub food. Service was OK, but our waitress was a little clueless when it came to items we needed for our presentation. ie. extension cords, etc. Good thing she tried to help and was friendly. Everyone seemed to like the food and the price for the event was quite reasonable.

Ate lunch there today with my daughter - will not be returning. Salad bar was bare minimal - no salads had been touched, as tongs were still closed shut. 80% of salads looked and tasted left over. Left with most food still sitting on plate. The hot section looked much better.

Nice atmosphere and waitress. Food was poor. Had ace burger which was okay with half undercooked fries and half old burnt fries. Salmon was rubbery and rice was grainy powdery with cold vegetables. Salad was good :) They might have been understaffed today. Reserva una mesa ahora

I went to Ace's Cafe with a group from work. I had a caesar salad which usually is my favourite thing to order in a restaurant. It was not good and it was not bad. I wished I had chosen the buffet. Everyone who had the buffet enjoyed their food very much!

Great lunch Buffett it can take longer over lunch for ordered food. Ok atmosphere but from the outside you really don't think it looks like much. Friendly staff and some of the best cooks in town. Their special nights around holidays are also very good.

very busy @ lunch. has a great smorg plus daily specials. was renovated last year and is quite nice. Could use a better wine selection. Nice to go to Friday night for prime rib. Clean. Good service. good prices.

Great food, great service, great price, best restaurant I have found in Brooks. Location is a bit off, but the place is nice inside and the portions are very large. I'll be back. Reserva una mesa ahora

Whether you crave a salad, appetizer or full meal you will never be disappointed. The food is impeccable. Daily noon buffets are yet to be beat in my books.

Would be a nice place when the people visiting there would be more mature. Too many fights. Too bad could be a nice place.
