Please update your website and your signage for future visitors, or at least advise people to call ahead to verify hours. Honestly, updating the website shouldn’t be too difficult and could significantly improve customer service. I rated it a 3 since I didn’t get to taste the wine (and it wouldn’t be fair to rate it lower), but in terms of customer service, it only deserves a 1 in this instance. UPDATE: I appreciate the response from the winery. I would suggest adding a “Visit the Winery” section to your website or clearly listing tasting room hours. We got married this weekend at Acquaviva, and the staff was absolutely amazing! When we had to quickly move our outdoor ceremony inside due to rain, they sprang into action, helping me stay calm, and everything turned out beautifully. Suzanne, the wedding coordinator, is truly a dream to work with. She took care of every detail and made sure we were well looked after throughout the entire process. Any questions or concerns I had during planning were met with prompt and helpful responses. My wedding was a dream come true, and Acquaviva will always hold a special place in our hearts!

Throughout the planning process, the Acquaviva staff communicated with me promptly. We had so much fun during the tasting, and we even met with one of the owners to finalize details. When our wedding coordinator was running late, the Acquaviva team stepped in to keep everything on track and ensure that our vision was realized. At the end of the night, when we had already missed out on desserts, the staff surprised us with two cannolis as a sweet treat to take home. It was truly above and beyond (and I have high expectations!). I cannot recommend Acquaviva enough.

When it came time for dessert, we ordered a slice of cake that was supposed to come with "vanilla ice cream." It seemed the staff didn't want to explain that they were out of a fourth item, so what we received was a piece of cake accompanied by a cool puddle of what I assumed was strawberry ice cream instead. Overall, it was a disappointing experience for my family, especially considering we had traveled a long distance and it was their first time at this restaurant. I felt bad for my mom, who had recommended it.

I attended a wedding at this venue, and I must say, the bartender was fantastic—his jokes were on point! The service was exceptional, and the wines were delightful (I didn't even like wine before this visit). The food was also amazing. I highly recommend this place! They have a wonderful outdoor area with a fire pit, and the brick oven pizza was incredible. Overall, everything was just outstanding!
