Visit to dinner. Ambience: very nice, modern and a pleasant volume service: very dedicated. So you could definitely not thirsty. However, the German language was not easy for the waiter, which he probably works on. Unfortunately, he couldn't tell us much about the wines. It's a shame at prices. Here you should definitely work on it. Eat: We had starters and main dinners that were both really great. Very high quality brought to the point. The appetizer (Ceasar Salad with Shrimps) was so big that I was almost tired. If the service gets a bit more taffer and the kitchen gets a bit faster, then it becomes a top restaurant.

Nice evening with good service, exciting wine selection (regional and far away). Tapas were proportioned at 12€, I did not find the Serrano exciting for which were the sweet and acidic radishes hammer (consistence, taste, optics). The duck breast was well cooked in the middle area, but too tight at the ends. Jus and supplements made very powerful or good. Cream brother very creamy, vanillig and with beautiful caramelized crust. Overall a good impression, creative dishes, reserved but still available service...

The place has real potential to become my new masterbook. I can say as long as we're not over yet! Every time it was a taste explosion in my mouth. We were two. We used to have salads and a goat cheese cream. As main food oxenbäckchen and a river steak. The dishes were good at the top level, but with 35, and 45 € for the main dishes too expensive.

Really a big recommendation. Food quality top, very friendly and competent service, prices very fair...and the Wine Flights only! Our best food in Mainz!
