Addis Ababa - Reservar una mesa

Ate at Addis Ababa 3 times in last two weeks.The tender, beautifully seasoned Tibbs beef and chicken dishes, the light, spongy injeera bread base that you tear up and use as an eating implement, the scrumptious red lentils are all dependable and delicious Ethiopian food. Have also tried the mixed platters which included a delectable collard greens dish. The choice in London is between Addis Ababa and Enat on Horton st. and Addis gets the nod. There is a small wine/beer list, the wines reasonably priced. Despite all the cooking being done by one lady, and usually served by a very friendly and kind ever-present gentleman.

my first time eating Ethiopian food. We got a big platter with a number of dishes. It is eaten with pieces of a spongy bread broken into pieces to pick up the food. Food was delicious. Will definitely go back!

Fantastic meal. We had the vegetarian platter. As a vegan, it can be difficult to find good restaurant choices. They are few and far between. This, however, was a five star meal. Not a thing we didn't like.

I'm from Toronto where they have some of the best Ethiopian restaurants and Addis Ababa was as good as any
