Adler - Reserva de mesa

I have been visiting Hotel Adler for over 15 years and highly recommend both the accommodation and the excellent cuisine. Unusually for restaurants in the area the wine list includes a comprehensive selection of French wines to complement the excellent menu. The hotel and restaurant are run by the Fehrenbacher family who are very friendly and efficient. Certainly one of the stars of the Black Forest. I can honestly say, in 15 years, I have never had a less than perfect meal.

I enjoyed everything at Adler's. The room was nice, big enough and with a lovely view on the Black Forest. The food was very good, and having dinner on their open terrace, just a simple moment of happiness. And in addition to those 2 great things, I took the opportunity to go walking every evening along the Black Forest. It was an awesome place to be.

We had dinner here several times during our stay . The food is amazing and very authentic . The staff is working with passion and you feel that the food is cooked with great attention to details . Very very tasty . Though there is not much choice , menu is quiet limited and not changing. Breakfast was very good variety and nice .

The Adler has two restaurants. The Gasthaus which is more casual and the 1 Star Michelin Restaurant which is more adventurous. Both are worth eating at and still rank as some of the best dining experiences I have had. The dishes might sound daring but be brave as the flavors just come together. Reserva una mesa ahora

food was at the usual high level. all fresh, very aromatic, very many regional ingredients. the service was very attentive, but not intrusive. what we especially liked was that it was to eat in all walks, in which time intervals we wanted and not, as in some restaurants is forever extended.

very good! unfortunately a service lady was neither friendly nor motivated. a restaurant of this price class and food quality is very inappropriate. God!
