Service is miserable. Apparently they 're geared towards tourists who won 't come back anyway: I ordered barley soup and realized that there was bacon in it. As a vegan living person, of course I could not eat them. There was no mention of bacon on the menu. The manager said that was clear to everyone in Switzerland (does that mean: apparently not to me...implicitly: I 'm too stupid??? . I ordered poor quality tomato soup (out of the bag? which I waited a long time for (as a punishment? In the end the boss charged for BOTH soups!!! Very bad service and very expensive food. Kids wanted ketchup with the schnitzel fries. Service found it difficult to bring ketchup, was stingy (always only 1 mini ketchup bag) from the 2 bags you asked for additional money. Large portions are not everything. Everything we consumed tasted like convenience and that was rather mediocre. Wine selection and especially open bar poor. Service was very friendly. Toilet, also disabled toilet on the upper floor can only be reached by stairs.
