Visiting from the U.S. I went for lunch here with my mother. There was one very friendly and cheerful waitress, and another one, who looked and behaved like she 'd rather be somewhere else, a bit impatient, and a bit snappy... that 's the one who served us. We looked into a menu that seemed to be more for dinner, than for lunch guests. However, we ordered the 'daily menu ' of what 's generally called 'Schnitzel/Pommes Frites ' in Switzerland. The meat was excellent and cooked to the point, so were the fries, even the veggies were excellently prepared. Unfortunately, vegetables and fries were a bit bland. ..as we are more often in the eagle, it is not surprising for us that the selection of lucullic delicacies also searches in the summer card of their own. bumann would certainly third the numerous dishes on the map!. but it was again a pleasure - from the gruss from the kitchen to the service to the personal welcome of the chef!

for several years, the eagle team has been looking after my life at lunchtime. it just fits everything; eating is excellent, the service is correct and on "personal needs" is also taken into consideration.
