Oh, dreamy Ettenheim, here's the time left! The place is dominated by the beautiful baroque church from the Kirchberg, around, representative citizens' houses are pushed into the city walls from the 18th century. Century. Century. A visit is worthwhile, lovingly restored building material, but still filled with life. No museum village like the opposites in Alsace... Right in front of the northern city gate is the historic eagle on Marienbrunnen. Here too, a gentle and professional refurbishment of the substance was obtained, including facilities such as the old smoker tower in the courtyard. maybe there are also quiet corners in the adler - we sat close to the entrance and enjoyed the lively and sometimes not quite quiet Italian life around us. the selection in the map was wide and made appetit. we chose partly pasta and secondo, partly only pasta and all dolce - everything was beautifully dressed, plentiful and tasted very well. a wee from the basilicata is not offered here in the environment every day: was a pleasure. parking was easy.
you can feel comfortable in the well-maintained ambiente des “Adlers” at the marien column, fresh bathroom kitchen with Mediterranean flair! the “wedding soup” from fresh ingredients and the summer salad with grilled jakobsmuschels mouthed delicious, with a good selection of weeps. very recommended!
our first visit, but certainly not our last!Hoven Italian kitchen with a little bad touch. the suppe was unusual, but wonderful, the salmon as tender as he must be and very delicious in taste.Although this was locally full, there was no moment in which the chefin who served us seemed stressed.
