Aerie Lounge - Reservar una mesa

My wife and I have made it a yearly tradition to visit Traverse City and dine at Aerie. This year, I had a gift card for the Resort that I intended to use for our dinner. Everything went smoothly until it was time to pay. When I presented my gift card, I was informed that the system was undergoing an update and would be operational within the next 24 to 48 hours. As a result, I had to unexpectedly spend over $300 on our meals. I suggested to our server that it would be beneficial to inform guests at the beginning of their dining experience about any potential issues that could affect them. Ordered the fillet, which came with asparagus, I asked waiter if I could swap out the asparagus while he was taking the order with just some carrots as I don’t care for asparagus, was told no but you can buy a separate side of carrots. Most of the other dishes came with carrots. There were four of us and we ordered everything from apps to salad. Certainly not a great experience
