If you're in the mood to wait 30 minutes for someone to take your order, followed by another hour for your food, this is the place for you! It wasn’t even busy when we visited. Our party of four arrived at 8:40 and finally received our food at 10:30. It felt like we were forgotten while other tables were served before us. I'm not sure if there was a mix-up with the kitchen or what, but the food (wings and fries) was fantastic, although the sandwich left something to be desired. Unfortunately, the service was appalling and the long wait time was simply unacceptable. If you're thinking of enjoying a weekend outing with your family, I would suggest looking elsewhere. Their website clearly states that there is no fee to reserve tables or areas during regular operating hours. However, Mr. Mike, the "Grumpy Brewer," insists that there's a $20 charge per person to reserve tables on weekends, regardless of whether it's for an 8-year-old or a 70-year-old grandmother who doesn't drink. It’s quite frustrating. I even proposed a flat fee of $200-$250 for just a few tables, with drinks charged separately for those who wanted them, but that was rejected too.
The takeout experience felt a bit slow, even though I arrived before the estimated time for my order to be ready. It could have just been one of those days. This was my first time walking in, and as a non-drinker with some allergies, this might have contributed to my unease. However, the efficiency of the ToGo order process was appreciated, and the staff were quick to greet me. Thank you for the service! Overall, it seems like a convenient option for takeout.
