I think when we're not able to understand that 2h45 to get an order delivered at 7:15 it's long, we have to question. I ordered at 7:15. I received a support email at 7:18. They call me at 8:11 to tell me that my order has just been taken care of and that there will be for 30 minutes max (which didn’t bother me, I even thought I had to wait 1 hour and I was told on the phone “no no more than 30 minutes”, the fault is put on the account of Deliveroo. Still nothing at 9:00, I remember, I’m told that my order is ready and that it’s coming (there are 5 mini samosa for waiting, I stay courteous and in good mood, the fault is postponed to Deliveroo again.
