I recently had the pleasure of visiting the African Violet restaurant in Frankfurt and I can safely say that it is a truly remarkable place that not only delights with delicious food but also with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. As soon as you enter the African Violet, you are greeted by an authentic African design that offers a harmonious mix of traditional flair and modern comfort. Wir sind unvoreingenommen in dieses Restaurant gegangen, um endlich mal Fufu zu probieren : Schon als wir das Restaurant betraten, waren wir extrem positiv überrascht. Die Innenausstattung hat uns überwältigt, man fühlte sich gleich wohl und in einem anderen Teil der Erde. Die Bedienung war hervorragend und es fehlte uns an nichts. Beim Servieren der Speisen wir hatten die gemischte Vorspeisenplatte und jeweils zwei Hauptgerichte, natürlich mit Fufu wurde alles, was auf den Tellern war, richtig gut erklärt. Dann der erste Biss ins Sambusa mit Linsen und der Abend konnte beginnen. Wir waren schon mal afrikanisch essen aber dieses Restaurant hier hat uns wirklich überzeugt. Absolute Empfehlung...

From service to ambience, everything was great! I ate fufu for the first time and was extremely satisfied. I also really liked the presentation of the Ethiopian coffee with incense. I'd love to come back.

we really enjoyed the vegan injera plate, everything was delicious. had a taboulé salad upstairs, which was also great. Vegan options are clearly marked on the menu. will they be coming back?

Für jeden der nach etwas sucht, dass man nicht an jeder Ecke findet ist das hier eine Goldgrube. Wir waren für ca. 3 Stunden da und haben jeden Moment und jedes essen voll genossen.

Super Essen, toller Service und ein klasse Ambiente, ich bin begeistert. Es war mein erstes Mal afrikanische Küche, und sicher nicht das letzte Mal.

Tolles Essen, schöne Location, Preis-Leistung passt. Service könnte ein bisschen aufmerksamer sein, ist aber sehr freundlich. Empfehlung!
