Afternoon Tea At Beech Hill Country House

I was disappointed that our afternoon tea was held in a small room at the top of the house, likely due to a wedding reception in the main dining area. Additionally, the teacups we were given were dirty, stained, and chipped, which was quite embarrassing for our lovely waitress. She promptly replaced them, but it was still frustrating. It might be better to avoid serving 'Lady Isabella's' Afternoon Tea on Saturdays if you have another special event like a wedding. Unfortunately, our special treat to celebrate my sister's birthday ended up being a bit of a letdown.
